We weren’t supposed to have any sunshine today and in a way they were right, the sky was covered in clouds all day but they were so thin that the sunshine broke through without any problems at all 🙂

I haven’t done much after the morning walk, I did sow some Pasqueflower seeds that I’ve had in the fridge for a while and I placed them on the north side of the cottage, some seeds had already germinated so unless the nights aren’t too cold it looks really good. I also sowed some sunflower seeds and they tend to make through any kind of weather 🙂 I usually find some growing all over the area every year, birds have dropped them when they’ve flied away to eat it somewhere calmer 🙂

I’ve been a bit tired today after using the compost grinder to make wood chips from all the branches I had lying on the ground since last autumn. After that I moved all wood chips with a shovel to one place and all the branches too big for the compost grinder to another place. It took its time and I can feel it in my body today 🙂 🙂 I didn’t even have any energy to make dinner so I and the dogs had pancakes today 🙂 🙂

No flowers in the nature yet, except for the willows. So I have had lots of bumblebees in my garden visiting every flower they could fine. I also have a big willow where I park my car and that one was covered in bumblebees as well 🙂  I’ve also been visited by quite a lot of butterflies, many have survived the winter this year. So we’re having an early spring but nights keep on being cold. The two flower buds I had on my Apricot tree froze so I do hope those weren’t the only ones I’ll have this year. I’ve told my oldest apricot that if it doesn’t flower and give me fruit this year I’ll cut it down and that goes for the peach as well 🙂

I have a few Trilliums that so far have survived the dogs so I’ll try to rescue them by moving them to another place.
