Yes very mixed weather here today. The only time it was sort of stable was when we had our morning walk. Mostly sunshine then and only a few clouds disturbed the rays journey towards the ground. I was exception everything being soaking wet today so I wore my rubber boots. The grass was a bit wet while everything was so wet in my garden that drops fell from the trees. So I guess the edge of the rain that fell all day yesterday must have been somewhere beside my neighbours cottage, raining there and here over my home but not the forest at all 🙂

We were out early as always and we’re always alone, so guess if I was surprised when a woman suddenly stood outside my gate 🙂 🙂 Turns out that it was the step daughter to the man who lived next door when I moved to the village. She had heard that things were happening at my neighbours cottage and wanted to see what’s going on. I told her what I know and she liked it.

I’ve been anything but lazy today. I did two rounds of laundry almost as soon as we had come back home. I baked a bread and it’s funny that the dogs seems to look more forward to the bread than I do. They always get a tiny piece with some cheese on it while the bread still is warm 🙂 I’ve made dinner for the coming week and also cleaned my two aquariums. I always use that water for my plants but this isn’t the time of year that’s a good thing if the plants grow in the ground, this is the time for them to slow down and to start thinking of the coming winter. I can however use it for those plants that will stay green all winter down in my cool cellar so that’s what I did.

I’ve also started top move down the smaller citrus trees to the cellar. I take a few each time I’m outside. The big ones can wait a bit longer, those and the geraniums can manage the first frost nights without any problems. I’m pretty sure I also brought down lots of spiders 🙂 Good thing so if any aphids follows the plants those spiders will have something to eat 🙂

It is time to have that last cup of tea. for the day. I wasn’t even remotely close to win anything on the lottery so I’ll need to go to work tomorrow morning 🙂 It’s a good thing I like to work there 🙂
