So we have at least not had any rain so far today but the weather sites says it’s on its way. My eldest brother, who lives on an island at the west coast had rain and strong winds already in the early morning. The wind did reach us quite early though and since we went out to the bog I think it helped to keep the moose flies away.

I think we might have a wolf nearby, Alma doesn’t want to be too far away from me when she’s outside in the garden, Malkolm however doesn’t seem to care at all. The first thing Alma does when I open the door is to run to the gate and sniff in the air and sort of stare towards the other side of the cow pasture. She was also unusually quiet when we went out on our morning walk.

I got that book with gluten free bread recipes, what do You call those books? Cooking books or baking books or what? To be honest I haven’t the faintest idea what they are called in Swedish 🙂 🙂 I just checked to search on baking books and lots of books showed about baking so I guess that’s it 🙂 Anyway, for those not obsessed with sourdough breads this isn’t the book for them 🙂 🙂 🙂 Still to be fair one doesn’t have to keep that sourdough alive all the time, when ever I want to make a sourdough I can just make a new starter the day before I want to bake. Also it says in the beginning of the book that one can replace the sourdough with yeast but that the taste won’t be that deep. Well as long as I like what comes out from the oven I really don’t care 🙂 🙂 🙂

I’ll check the book for an easy recipe and I might even do a starter later today just so I can see if I can make a tasty bread. For now however I need to finish this, give the dogs their food (they are not happy with the change of clocks since they don’t care about when they ate in the morning but cares very much now because they think their food is late 🙂 🙂 I’ll also make a pot of tea and a couple of sandwiches for myself 🙂

Have a great day!
