We had sunshine when I woke up this morning and it was fairly warm as well. The clouds were on their way though and it looked like lots of rain were falling out from them as well but like yesterday the wind blew them away from us and it didn’t take long before they started to break up. So in the end we have had lots of sunshine with the occasional drizzle shower passing above us. Nasty wind though and I guess I just should expect that from now on.

So the morning walk was a bit late and the Monster decided that she would follow us. She was mostly rather close to us but every now and again she stopped and told us to wait while she was examining something beside the path 🙂 Some deer and other unknown animals ran away from us and she looked really interested while following them with her ears. One time however she looked worried and after that stayed really close to us for quite some time. Could have been anything from a fox to wild hogs I guess.

The weather sites are guessing it will become much warmer again both during days and nights so I’ve been planting some things in the vegetable garden and the raised box. I planted tomato plants, squash, spaghetti pumpkin and melons in the box. I’ve fastened bubble wrap around but over the raised box so it’ll work rather much like a green house but without a roof on it. I haven’t had them outside for more than a few days so I’ve also covered all plants with garden fleece (I’ve always called it ground cloth but that was something else and won’t let water through 🙂 ).

I still have Broccoli and another kind of cabbage called Hon Tsai Tai that needs to be placed in the vegetable garden but for the rest in there I’ll most likely just report them and keep them in there. Like litchie tomato, water melons, beef tomatoes and bell peppers plus anything else I might sow or still haven’t started to grow 🙂 🙂

It is time for a pot of tea and perhaps an ice cream. I really should bake some French rolls but I just don’t have the energy for it today.

Have a great day!
