A storm will pass tonight, well it is actually already here but the gusts will be as strongest around midnight. It is roaring through the forest and it is almost so loud that it is hard to hear when the air force jets are passing by in the sky. They have been unusually active these last days so one can’t but wonder why, I don’t think anything is on its way here but I guess the Russians are up to something and we do help to patrol the baltic countries. I don’t think anything will happen there either, I guess it’s just to show that we’re hanging around so don’t try anything 🙂

It was a bit cloudy this morning but the wind helped to remove them from the sky above me, so we did have a quite nice morning walk, despite the wind. Cranes passed above us flying towards the lake and geese did the same but the opposite way to the little lake in the bog. The dogs and I have been outside in the garden a lot and I have started to place some of the plants in the cool cellar in the greenhouse. It doesn’t look like we’ll have any really cold night the coming ten days and it has been down to 0C (50F) in the cellar so if it would be cold during nights they would be used to it anyway.

I can’t say that it rained especially much last night, too little to be honest but new rain is on the way with the storm so let’s hope that gives us some more water. There are still places where the ground is frozen and in some places there’s still ice on the ground. Today I could see lots of small spring bulbs showing the tips of their leafs so it isn’t long until my favourite season starts for real 🙂 It is time to replant my tomato plants but I have sown too many things at the moment so I don’t have space enough for bigger pots 🙂 🙂 Also I’ve sown four different rhododendrons and they have now  started to grown. No big panic to repot them yet though, that’s the time most of them will die 🙂 It is so easy to break their tiny roots so it is best to just let them grow for a while.

No last cup of tea for the day now, I’ve already had it 🙂 Instead, since the storm is passing by I feel like rose-hip soup will be a better fit.
