Rain all day except for in the morning plus strong winds blowing so we’ve mostly been indoors today. Still rather warm for this period of the year but what good does that make when we can’t be outside enjoying it 🙂 🙂 Still, the morning walk was nice since the wind hadn’t reached us yet.
The aquarium I had ordered arrived yesterday and as soon as I saw the package I guessed that it was broken. Too bad I was right. No real damage to it but one could see that they had placed other heavier packages on it because that is what one does when the package is more or less wrapped in red Fragile stickers, well that is at least what the Swedish postal service think is the right way to do it.
So I mailed the business I bought it from and they shipped away a new one as soon as they saw the photo of the damages and it will arrive tomorrow!! They didn’t want the broken one back so with some glue and tape I guess I will be able to use it as a mini greenhouse 🙂 I do wonder about our postal service though, back in the days even if a letter had the wrong address they still managed to get it to the right person but that a package marked fragile isn’t supposed to be placed at the bottom with other packages on to of it seems to be a mystery for them 🙂 🙂 🙂
Also a couple of years ago the constantly placed my packages at the wrong places even though they said they used the GPS. In the end I had to threaten to report it to the police as a harassment if they missed one more time. Haven’t had the slightest problem with that since then 🙂 🙂 🙂
It works really well and I have more chips to use in other places 🙂
It is time for that last cup of tea and after that I’ll watch a dvd I think. I have so many but no place for them 🙂 🙂 Storage units is nothing I really have in this small cottage. I have one closet and mice went in there and chewed on all my clothes 🙂 🙂 🙂

I thought my mice horrid because they chewed on the bottom of a step stool. It was nice wood and obviously tasty, too. They’ve not chewed on my clothes. They left that to my old dog Tegan. Clothes and my mother’s shoes.
The weather here has turned unseasonably cold. It’s like winter. No snow though. Lots of high wind and low wind chill temperatures. We’re getting aurora, too.

I think all delivery services try to break things they deliver. Fedex here tries to dent all the dog food cans.
Mice are a real problem! Even wit cats around, the mice get around the house.

Perhaps it is in their training after getting a job, to do the biggest damage possible 🙂 🙂 🙂 The second thing they learn is to misplace the package soit takes forever to find it again 🙂 🙂 🙂
Yes cats take the mice outside and I must say the monster is really good at it but I can hear them running inside the walls sometimes even though it is less now when the monster lives here. I’m just happy that they so far never have been walking around in the cottage 🙂
Pouring down right now but tonight will be cold and we’ll have sunshine all day tomorrow, at least that is what they’re guessing 🙂 🙂 🙂

The rain is pouring down and has for almost all day but tonight will be cold so the roads will be nasty slippery tomorrow morning plus almost as strong winds today as yesterday. We were lucky to have an almost rain free morning walk though 🙂
