I can finally walk stairs without wanting to cry and wonder if it wouldn’t be better to jut end it all 🙂 🙂 🙂 Now however the coughing is a bit worse, then again I’m not freezing as much so I think I’m half way through this now.
I heard a bout a school shooting on the tv today and of course I felt sad for You Americans, not only do You have the fat orange as a leader (or isn’t it really the South African nazi?) You have these shootings as well. To my very big surprise it wasn’t in the US, it was here and not especially far from where I live!! (a couple of counties north). The information is still rather fuzzy but it is not small children but I think something like Community college. Grown ups who either trying to get higher grades, repeating highschool to get the grades they need and so on. Still that doesn’t matter but it isn’t small kids that have been shot.
The latest I’ve found out is that ten people has been killed and there are injured people as well. The shooter is a 35 year old man (with a weapons license) with no criminal record and so far we have no info about any motive. We’ve gotten used to drug gangs shooting each other or blowing up doors but this school shooting doesn’t seem to have anything to do with gangs, gangs tend to do that in the big cities and their suburbs.
So this was a nasty wakeup call for us. We do have rather hard weapon laws but I guess they’ll need to make them even harder now. If one has a weapon one really should have to be checked about the mental health, this man can’t be mentally healthy if doing something like this.
It is time to have that last cup of tea and then check the news again, if they’ve found a motive.

i saw this on the news this morning and was in shock. even with strict gun laws like sweden’s (and ours here in canada) this can happen. i’m so sorry for you all.

You’re so right. They haven’t said much about him but it is a Swedish born man with Swedish born parents so thankfully they have no reason to attack immigrants!
Slowly getting better again but I guess the tiredness will stay for a while.

It is much better even though I coughed so much early this morning that I woke up, nothing after that and I do have the occasional moment of freezing horribly much but it is much better 🙂

As an American, I have to admit that school shootings are so accepted here, when another one is reported, I deliberately pay no attention. I feel so bad for the children and parents, I get sick when I hear politicians saying, “We can’t let this happen again,” then doing nothing and it happens again a few days later.
Our gun laws allow any maniac to have as many guns as he/she wants, even weapons that belong only on battlefields, and to carry them anywhere. It’s as if our government WANTS us all to die by gunfire.
Hearing about a mass shooting in Sweden is shocking and depressing, but you are fortunate in that your government will learn from it and probably make it harder to have guns because you DO NOT want to be like the U.S.
Some of our politicians say the answer to shootings is MORE guns so we can ALL shoot each other. It’s homicidal insanity at its worst, with no end in sight. But right now, gun violence is the LEAST of the country’s problems with Elon Musk sabotaging the entire government and not getting arrested for it, while Trump makes up imaginary crises he can pretend he’s fixing. Sorry to get political.

Every time something happens when weapons happens here politicians actually tries to do something. My guess they hit hard to make getting a weapons license will be even harder now and there has already been talks about checking for mental health, no thoughts and prayers here thankfully. I’m so sorry for how it is over at Yours!
Any politician saying we should have more guns here would commit politick suicide 🙂 🙂 We have huge problems with drug gangs over here so thankfully they are doing what they can to restrict weapon ownership. Doesn’t always help but they do try and all parties work together thankfully.
If Trump continues the way he does I think he won’t be here for much longer, this idea that all Palestinians should be forced to leave the Gaza Strip is a sure way to get problems, Terrorists would try to get to You no matter what and they are very persistent when they want to do harm. I sure hope he calms down about that before it is too late!

Trump just wants to build a hotel with his name on it in Gaza. He doesn’t care about anything else. The land will belong to him, not the US. Fortunately, Trump’s mental illness seems to be advancing and he makes less sense by the day. I don’t think he’ll be around much longer. But now we have to get rid of Musk. He should be in prison now awaiting trial for what he’s already done to sabotage the government, but everybody’s too chicken to touch him. We lack common sense that Sweden has, so you are very lucky.

I’m a bit surprised that not even one republican seems to think what’s happening is wrong!? Are the military forces on the fat yellow guys’ side too because I think that might be the one You need to get involved sooner rather than later.
The only thing that might stop the South African nazi is if he starts to lose a lot of money, Tesla sales are already falling like rocks here in Europe and if he will lose more money on the other companies he owns that might stop him. I do hope this madness stops soon!

I just read that Sweden is going to put restrictions on AR-15s. That’s exactly what needs to happen. Those are the favorite guns of American mass shooters and they have no business being owned by any private person.
Republicans seem to be afraid of Trump because if they speak out, he will find some unqualified clown to run some clown against them who might win because their voters are already stupid enough to be Republicans and can’t tell the difference. Our politicians hate to lose their jobs because, once in, they all seem to become millionaires.
The military may be our last hope. If the generals can manage to hold on, when Trump orders something illegal, like sending in troops to attack American citizens, or invade an innocent country, they will probably defy him, and I hope they would go so far as to remove him by whatever it takes to do so.
It’s incredible to me that so many people are living by his fallacy that Trump is immortal. He has dementia and has probably had one or more well-concealed strokes. Every day is the best day he’ll have for the rest of his life because he’s going downhill. He makes no sense when he talks. He can hardly walk across a room. But they talk about him having a 3rd term in 2028. I don’t think he’ll live that long. Once Trump is gone, his MAGA cult will melt into chaos because there’s no one to replace Trump. His toadies (Vance and Musk) will try and fail.
Be glad you don’t live in the United States. I never thought I’d see this country be allowed to fall completely to pieces because one lunatic wants it so. We have a Congress with 535 members and they can’t figure out how to stop one nut job.
Musk should just be arrested and thrown in prison (or deported) for espionage, sabotage, theft, whatever. His crimes are so numerous, clear-cut and deadly, it’s unbelievable that he’s being allowed to continue committing them.

It wasn’t that long ago they suddenly had the idea that hunters really needed those when hunting. Now they suddenly realised that they actually don’t need them at all. I’m glad they finally changed their minds and more changes will come because they are now talking about doing like in Finland where they have to go through with mental testing before even getting a license 🙂
I’ve always thought that the orange idiot have a lot of dirt on many politicians and use that to get what he wants, just think of Mark Rubio and Graham. Not that I thought those two were great people before the orange but they get along with anything now days 🙂 🙂 🙂
I do hope You’re right about Your military but since he violates the constitution over and over again I really think they would step in sooner rather than later. It’s not like the politicians will do anything about it. As long as politicians make money they will not do anything to be honest and I fully agree with You on Musk!
