A short one today because my back is killing me. I have rheumatism in my spine and mostly it’s ok, well I always have back pain but it is bearable. Today however it isn’t. I once destroyed my stomach with an anti inflammatory medicine, it was amazingly good but also pretty aggressive towards my stomach, so now days I can’t even take anti inflammatory medicines for kids.

I can take some of the ointments (not too much though because then I get stomach problems) but I don’t have any at home so the only thing that helps is to move around, it’s when I’ve been still for a minute or two that the pain starts again, so it’ll be fun to try and go down stairs after writing this π π π I’ll put the rice bag in the micro and towards my back and hope for the best. No use in staying home from work either because if there anything I do at work while painting is to move around and stretch my body in all kinds of strange angles π π π

It was rather warm when we were out walking.

Wonderful weather here today though, even though the wind is even stronger today. I need to water those trees I planted yesterday and after that fall down in to my recliner. If the back gets too bad and I can’t get up a recliner is amazingly nice to sleep in π π π I’ll make sure to bring an ice cream on the way there π π π

Have a great day!
I love the checkered lilies. I have not had much luck with the white ones though.
I certainly hope your back gets better soon!

I actually can’t remember ever buying white ones π One just popped up and after that it has spread a lot π Not especially much sun and sand instead of soil must be what it likes π
It’ll get worse before going better so I do hope I’m at the turning point today!

I know about NSAIDs. I have arthritis and I can’t use NSAIDs. I currently use SAM-e, which helps some. Meanwhile, it’s wonderful to see spring arriving

I’ll try to keep on moving around for as long as it goes and then talk to the doctors again. I haven’t heard about SAM-e before, I’ll read more about it later today.
Yes finally spring π Looks like nights will be fairly warm as well so no need to think what needs covering out in the garden π

The weather was lovely here today. Warm with mostly blue sky and white puffy clouds. The breeze had a bit of a nip in it, though. Now the dark grey clouds are moving in. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to rain but it’s okay.
In my nonexistent garden the peonies are a foot tall, and the maples are leafing out along with the vicious roses. No action with the Chinese mantid egg case. There’s a big patch of gill over the ground (Glechoma hederacea) at the bottom of the lawn. It’s an invasive species but it has attracted many pollinators of various kinds so I’m leaving it. It is being approached by a patch of ajuga which is also invasive but it isn’t bothering the lawn or me so it can stay, too. The skunk cabbages are abundant.
I hope your back pain eases off. It’s very inconvenient when backs start acting up especially when you can’t take any of the things that help.

We’ve had a really lovely day today, even after I came home from work as well and that’s odd π π π We’ll get rain and possibly thunder tomorrow night they say, well we all know how great they are in guessing the weather here π π
My peonies are slightly till much smaller than Yours and I used to have both ajuga and gill in my garden but I think other invasive species pushed them away π I do have the first dandelions in bloom now though π
The pain comes and goes in waves so I hope it’ll get going towards better again but it can become much worse too but I really don’t want to go there any time soon π π π
